Section 6706 - Pet-Keeping Permitted

Notwithstanding Section 4202, Section 4715 applies to an owner of a separate interest in a common interest development who kept a pet in that common interest development before January 1, 2014.

Note: this Section as enacted intentionally refers to provisions from the residential act. This section provides that Section 4202, which otherwise exempts Commerical or Industrial Common Interest Developments from the residential act, does not apply to Section 4715 which consequently does apply to any owner who had a pet in the common interest development before 1/1/14.
