Little & Saputo was established in 1983. We have represented developers and builders in all aspects of commercial and residential development. Our experience includes the creation of common interest developments, drafting governing documents, deeds, easements, sales documents, and disclosure packages for both large and small developments, including master-planned communities, golf course communities, towers, condominium hotels, commercial projects, and mixed-use subdivisions.
We regularly assist with the interpretation and updating of governing documents and provide guidance concerning compliance with current laws and legal matters typically encountered in the operation of common interest developments.
We limit our practice to our areas of expertise
